SOURCING SPECIALIST (ECOHUB OPERATION)

- Collaborate with QC team to check the quality of each batch, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Issue dispatch orders and delivery notes for each shipment.
- Arrange and organize workers for preliminary processing of materials upon receipt, check, urge, and monitor workers during the preliminary processing to ensure the work is completed quickly and accurately.
- Monitor and control the quantity/quality of inventory, ensuring goods are stored and retrieved according to regulations (FIFO).

- Arrange and distribute goods according to the plan required by the SP for various sites.
- Plan, check, and supervise the transportation of goods to the factory.
- Confirm the quantity/weight transported with the transportation vendor.
- Manage and record attendance for all workers at ECH.
- Directly check the weight, transport the received goods, and store them in the warehouse.
- Check and reconcile the quantity received with the sites at the factory, ensuring the correct quantity and types.
- Monitor and count the number of baskets containing material during receipt and delivery: between the supplier and ECH, and between the factory and ECH.
- Count, label, and correctly distribute the types and quantities for delivery.
- Inspect, maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring stable operation.
- Receive and inspect raw materials at ECH.
- Complete related input- output documents and send them to PMH for payment to suppliers.
