Sourcing Specialist / Executive

Cost Management: Analyze market trends, identify cost reduction opportunities, and implement cost down activities to achieve product cost targets.
Risk Mitigation: Identify supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, lead times, and inventory programs, as well as the terms and conditions for new supply chains.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring performance targets for cost, quality, and delivery are met.
Supplier Identification & Evaluation: Research and identify potential suppliers locally based on technical needs, then evaluate their capabilities, capacities, and financial stability.
Technical Collaboration: Work with internal engineering and quality teams to review technical specifications, understand Bill of Materials (BOMs), and ensure components meet requirements.
Supply Chain Optimization: Drive strategies to ensure supply continuity, develop dual sourcing plans, and streamline the process from new product introduction (NPI) to mass production.

Excellent negotiation, written, and oral communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Strong communication in English or Chinese.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3+ years of experience in equivalent.
Strong organizational and planning skills are needed to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross- functional teams.
