Sourcing Specialist (Furniture Hard-wares & Fittings)

- Ensuring the product supports the company&039;s overall strategy & goals;
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure optimal terms and conditions;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their sourcing needs and objectives;
- Monitor and manage supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations;
- Prepare and develop a plan of new product introduction as well as internal product information and then present the to related team;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and best practices;
- Sourcing and meeting market needs and trends for furniture fittings and architecture hardware.
- Being responsible for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a viable business opportunity;
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability;

- Skilled in finding and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services;
- Proven experience in sourcing at trading firms and in the field of furniture;
- Proven experienced in sourcing furniture fittings and architecture hardware;
- Fluent in English communication (4 skills);
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;
- At least a bachelor&039;s degree in business, supply chain management, or any other related field;
- Proven working experienced at similar roles;
- Have the abilities to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
