Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.
Sourcing strategy:

Study countries’ SWOT and establish the long- term sourcing’s strategy
Establish new vendor on- boarding policy
Establish New Product Sourcing Policies & Terms (What to source, how to source, where to source)

Develop vendors network:

Develop supplier evaluation & supplier ranking method.
Build the supplier’s raw database with full information (contact, profiles)
Build & maintain supplier’s relationship & long- term partnership.
Evaluate supplier’s performance to decide the product’s allocation frame.

Sourcing process:

Understand the needs from market team & propose the right suppliers.
Follow the development phase with PD until production’s kick- off
In collaboration with PD, Design, QA, Legal – lead the contract & price’s negotiation.

Execution phase:

Support supply chain & sales team for any issue during product life’s cycle.
In collaboration with supply chain to follow- up the supplier’s performance to insure delivery on- time & good quality

Analytical & Strategical approach, good know- how in logistic, custom, geopolitical
Low ego and high horsepower. High adaptability, able to switch quickly to new project and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Expert in negotiation, costing validation
Strong people / relationship skills (EQ). Ability to coordinate & collaborate with different internal/external team.
Have at least 2- 4 years working in Sourcing (Must have experience in furniture industry)
Ability to work under pressure, meet established timelines & high demanding level
Bachelor&039;s degree in related field.
“Going extra mile” spirit, you always want to reach beyond your limit.
Ability to travel domestically.
Good at English and Vietnamese communications
