Sourcing Specialist (with a background in Furniture/Upholstery)

Team player.
Able to negotiate supplier to obtain goods, materials, and services at the best prices and earliest time by using strategic sourcing strategies.
Assist/support Product Development team in affecting more efficient sourcing process to save cost and maximize profitability.
Resourceful and has extensive knowledge of the furniture industry resources, upholstery is a plus.
Identify and source raw materials, components, and finished goods required for product development projects.
Responsible for the execution of identifying and developing supplier resource/solution (material, product, or service) according to the Operational Procurement demand including but not limited to business needs, continuous improvements.
Ability to manage purchase order processes using ERP system.
Assist in supplier selection and provide high- level customer service.

Min 3- 5 years of experience for a similar role.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Knowledge of materials used in product manufacturing, including properties, specifications, and sourcing channels.
Experience sourcing materials for furniture or upholstery products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross- functionally and build relationships with suppliers.
Familiarity with sustainability and environmental standards in materials sourcing.
Strong problem- solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
