Sous Chef De Cuisine

To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times and adhere to the hotel’s grooming standards.
To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
To report any incidents, complaints, missing or damaged items, safety hazards or suspicious persons immediately to a supervisor or Manager.
To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the hotel.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
To be flexible in your job and function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
To use responsible work practices to eliminate damage, negligence and excessive costs.
To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Have a good physical and ability to solve problems quickly.
Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position.
At least graduated high school. Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to multi- task, work well in stressful & high- pressure situations.
Basic English communication skills are a plus.
