Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Develop new and creative dishes that meet customer requirements.
Manage ingredients, control quality, and monitor inventory levels.
Stand in for the Executive Chef as needed.
Supervise the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
Assist the Executive Chef in planning and developing the menu.
Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating kitchen staff performance.

Results and service- oriented with an eye for details.
At least 1 year of experience in the segment.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
Good communication and customer contact skills.
