Spa Attendant/ Nhân Viên Spa

• Regularly reviews policies and procedures relating to spa, making recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
• Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events.
• Continually strive to upgrade the quality of treatments you deliver through practice and receiving of feedback.
• Promotes events and promotions to all guests.
• Responsible for achieving daily sales targets and contributing to monthly spa team target.
• Respond to all guest requests in a courteous manner.
• Acts in accordance with Departmental Policies and procedures.
• Provides a level of Treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention.
• Ensures all therapist administration is completed at the end of each day (guest records, stock lists and updates of the log book).
• Ensures effective liaison between spa therapists and receptionists.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Spa manager.
• Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with the spa guests.
• Ensures rooms are kept clean and tidy according to Spa check list and health and safety standards.
• Monitors status of all equipment and notify the supervisor if there are any maintenance or repair needs. Promptly records equipment issues in the log book i.e. fixtures missing, etc, and notify the maintenance personnel.
• Act as a support to colleagues by performing other tasks i.e. reception duties as and when required.
• Participates in ongoing training programs. Works closely with the Spa manager and supervisors recommending program changes as necessary.
• Restocks professional products in designated treatment room by completing the stock order sheet to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked at all times.

• Education: High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent
• Language: Preferred (if required)
• Service years in supervisor/manager level: n/a
• Service years in the field : Housekeeping background is desirable
• Knowledge and skills: Housekeeping background is desirable
