Key Responsibilities:
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory, product usage, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and attendants to maintain professional standards and performance.
• Develop and implement spa service procedures, promotions, and wellness programs to drive revenue.
• Recruit, train, and motivate spa team members to deliver high- quality service and achieve targets.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.) for seamless guest service.
• Prepare and analyze business reports on spa performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent guest experiences.
• Ensure all spa facilities and equipment are properly maintained and comply with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position at a 4–5- star hotel or resort.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Spa & Wellness or related field.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• In- depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.
• Proficient in spa management systems and reservation software.
• Good command of English (other languages are a plus).
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and high sense of responsibility.
