SPA Manager Azerai La Residence Hue

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing spa supplies, products, and equipment, and ensuring an adequate inventory is maintained for smooth operations.
Developing and managing the spa&039;s budget, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost- effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Coordinate with Sales team to promote the spa product online and offline marketing, promotions, and special events.
Ensuring that the spa complies with all health and safety regulations, providing a safe environment for both clients and staff. Maintaining a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and cleanliness at the Spa.
Training spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support personnel, to ensure they are knowledgeable, skilled, and able to deliver exceptional service. Setting and Achieving Business Goals of spa department.
Ensuring high- quality customer service is provided to clients, investigate and handle all guest complaints as per Company policy and provide information to the General Manager at once.
Collaborating with therapists and staff to develop a diverse and appealing menu of services and treatments to meet the needs and preferences of clients.
Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility, ensuring it is well- maintained and meets the highest standards.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Supervise the daily operation of the spa including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of 3 years&039; experience in the role of Spa Manager
Possess a professional and in depth knowledge of spa therapy and wellness
Capable of functioning under high- pressure conditions, even during peak periods.
Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in English communication.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management
