SPA MANAGER IN HANOI

- Schedule guest appointments.
- Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
- Direct facility maintenance or repair.
- Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
- Recruit, interview, or hire employees. Verify staff credentials, such as educational and certification requirements. Schedule staff or supervise scheduling
- Sell products, services, or memberships.
- Maintain client databases.
- Set the targeted revenue and budget monthly. Work effectively to reach the target while minimizing the operating cost.
- Inventory products and order new supplies.
- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
- Send monthly report on revenue, cost, inventory, number of guests and client’s feedback

- Graduated from College/ University, preferably major in hospitality or spa/ beauty
- Good leadership skill and willingness to learn
- High English proficiency
- Ability to work well under pressure. Result- oriented way of thinking and working.
- Female from 28 to 42 years old
- At least 2- year experience in Hotel/ Restaurant/ Spa/ Hospitality industry

- A year salary increases 1 time
- Salary: Negotiable (Basic salary + allowances + commission on revenue (Income from 25m- 35m/ month depending on capacity)
- Working in a professional, modern environment, posting 5 stars. And other regimes as defined by the company.
