Spa Receptionist

Promote and maximize retail/treatments sales to guests
Make a daily cashier report at closing time.
Assist spa manager and spa supervisor in managing the booking and selling product to drive the revenue.
Control the retail area, replenish when needed and rearrange as per set up standards.
The receptionist’s responsibilities including the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, and responding/ sorting daily mail
In charge of daily/monthly report related to spa operation.
Check and report daily operating product and retails stock to supervisor/manager for ordering.
Prepare the billing, obtains guest signature and follow up a payment process.
Properly open and close spa each day according to SOPs.
Other task as assigned.
Ensure spa operations are running smoothly (set up as per standard).
Be responsible for inspecting and reporting to the relevant department if there is damage or abnormalities affecting to operation.

2- year college degree or above, bachelor degree preferred(Hotel management related major preferred)
Understanding of the hotel operation process (especially front desk)
Front desk service experiences preferred
Business standard (MS- Office and Opera)
