Spa Function:

Ambiance as in lighting, sound, temperature, odour, decoration, cleanliness constantly projects the outlet concept
An active talent spotting program is in place to support succession planning and career growth for shining staff
On job performance is regularly observed and assessed informally. Good performance is acknowledged, and poor performance is coached
A sufficient number of certified OJS skills trainers are available in each outlet to implement the training plans
Any service recovery issues are reported, investigated and corrective action is taken
Wellness concept is documented, implemented and monitored

Recreation Function:

Take the lead on the Hotels Children program.
To lead the implementation of all health and safety codes in the sports and leisure activities of the hotel, and in particular to take complete care of children.
To have complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the hotel.
Train and assist in the evaluation of attendants who work with fitness programs. Supervise instructors and all other Team Members helping with any activities or functions arranged via recreations activities.
Ensure that all activities are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
Create new, unique, and interesting recreation activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or other offerings of the area in which the hotel is located.
To continually be positioning the sports and leisure offering as a differentiator and a point of competitive advantage for the hotel.
Oversee the smooth running of the Recreations department on a day- to- day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.

Certification: First Aid và CPR
