Spa Supervisor - Giám sát Spa

Make daily, weekly, monthly and yearly revenue reports
Make a monthly report on usage of appliances
Ensure all service standards are strictly met
Responsible for ensuring and maintaining an adequate supply of products.
Perform other duties as required by the Manager
Ensure smooth daily operation of Spa.
Schedule treatments and staff schedules according to the spa&039;s and guests&039; operational needs.
Explain in detail about treatment and suggest treatment to guests in a professional and polite manner
Prepare other reports as required by management
Answer customers&039; questions to the best of their ability, ensuring customer satisfaction during service use

Energetic, passionate, good customer service and time management skills
Related professional experiences, preferable in hotel environment
Basic English
