Spa Therapist

Positive deal with and learn from guest’s complaints and comments with follow up feedback to Spa/ Wellness Manager to follow up where appropriate
Provides efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out
Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance to brand Standards
Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner
Understand relevant Health & Safety legislations and their implication on the operation of the department
To ensure that departmental operation budget is adhered to, maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses
Orient the guests through our facility, greets guests and provides personal guest service.
Assist in all areas of the operations as requested to be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel
Maintain positive attitude and good behaviors
Excellent attention to detail
Maintain the quality of service and overall appearance of the spa areas, lounge area and restrooms
Familiar with hotel operating system especially Kipsu, Hotsos and payment system
Excellent grooming standards
Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests
To report any maintenance issues
Attending Hilton Trainings and monthly departmental meetings as required.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Providing unforgettable spa experience to our guests by knowing the guest preferences and tailor service accordingly
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Have detailed knowledge of departmental standards and Hilton brand standards
High standards of cleanliness
Accurately schedule all massage reservations, changes, confirms and cancel massage reservations

Technical Diploma
Experience in a similar position at international 5- star property is prefered
1- 3 Years of management or supervisory experience
Held a similar role would be advantage
1- 3 Years of related experience
