• Being fully aware of the daily booking programmes and be updated of any changes to the bookings.
• Prepare assigned area according to standard ensuring cleanliness, functionality and completeness of set up. Areas assigned include treatment suites, public spaces and heart of house items such as guest amenities and spa food and beverage offer;
• Preparing, cleaning and tidying treatment rooms in advance and before guests arrive and after guests completed their treatment.
• Always report any guest’s comments or objections to the spa receptionist / assistant spa manager as soon as convenient.
• Perform Brand’s services behaviors in daily operation basic towards the guests
• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
• Checking the next day’s booking at the end of the day and prepare for the following day.
• Responding to any changes in the spa function as assigned by the management.
• Ensuring that guests are greeted by using their names at all times.
• Always check for guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring air temperature, lighting, and sunlight and music levels; Follow the spa setting ambiance procedures.
• Drivering to deliver Luxury Experiences to guest, to achieve heart beat target
• Always greet the guest as per standards.
• Deliver tailored spa experiences following spa journey
• Undertaking and completing any other assignments as designated by the assistant spa manager and Spa Director.
• Maintain the highest level of the discretion and privacy during any guest interaction.
• Offering guests refreshments after the treatment.
• Ensure spa facility is ready to receive guest every single time.
• Ensure spa journey is carried out for every guest and standards are observed in all aspects of the journey- reservation, arrival, treatment time and departure.
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
• Knowing all available spa services.
• Participate in departmental practices such operations briefings, inventory and cost management initiatives which helps you to understand the business direction and ensure you meet the set goals.
• Checking and maintaining product supplies at the start and end of each day.
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
• Administering treatments to guests massage, body treatment, facial nails
