* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University- Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by early 2025. Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa City.
* Vị trí này sẽ tạm thời làm việc tại Trung tâm Đào tạo của LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (Trường Đại học quốc tế Miền Đông- Bình Dương), và sẽ di chuyển địa điểm làm việc về khu vực nhà máy tại VSIP3 vào đầu năm 2025. Công ty có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón từ khu vực TP.HCM và TP. Biên Hòa.
Core Responsibilities
Support supervisor to excecute actions regarding metrics established for the area in case of a problem.
Report any discrepancy found physical vs system in spare parts warehouse to the SP supervisor.
Learning: In everyday basis, different types of spare parts, components.
Write off from system all material supplied.
Support supervisor in case of an audit finding or recommendation.
Store in proper location and right conditions new and existing material.
Quality: High focus on do It right the first time.
Perform 5’s in a daily basis.
Supply spare parts, consumables, chemicals and PPE to internal costumers.
Execution of Cycle Count and variances analysis.
Caring: Support the company’s priorities by caring about his/her safety and also caring about team mates.
Do you have what it takes?
Ability to read and understand English.
Prefer to have experience in manufacturing environment.
Prefer to have experience about inventory management of technical parts.
Secondary vocational school, collegeor higher is preferred
Must be highly proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook,...)
Work and follow shift pattern.
Interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, personal and professional ethics.
