Spare parts and Service Sales Executive

1. Sales Activities and Target
Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for various industry segments to existing and prospective customers.
– Generate customer calls and visits
– Visit customers to get the inquiries for spare parts and service
– Clarify parts, make spiffs and input inquiry information in logbook
– Follow up and ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations, contract and delivery with customer and Order Processing & Logistics team
– Support to follow up payment and overdue for accounts
– Follow up with customer for spare-part changing and product life-time and technical services
– Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities and targets
– Collaborate with service team to generate service and spare-part demand
2. Market Strategies & Business Development
Plan and execute marketing strategies to reach various demographics of customers
– Analyze the territory/market’s potential and identify potential customers.
– Provide management with information on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities.
– Keep yourself constantly updated on relevant knowledge, trends and best practices.
3. Customer Service
– Provide adequate customer service.
– Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and
maintaining the highest ethical standards – Discuss with management about policies for each potential customer

Income: Base Salary & Bonus % based on order

– Bachelor Degree in Technical engineering and/or Business Administration, Foreign Trade or equivalent
– Minimum 5 years field experience in the service industry
– To assist on ad -hoc tasks or projects as required by the Division Manager
– Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks and fulfilling customer’s needs.
