Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor

Ensure the delivery of goods must match invoices, documents, and declarations.
Ensure the parts room area is clean and safe and optimize movement flows.
Monitor daily import and export of parts out of the parts room
Arrange goods in the parts room according to each area, items neat and tidy
Supervise and manage part room activities such as delivery, inventory control, quantity and quality control of parts
Hang tags and labels for parts
Monitor and improve work processes, ensure safety, and efficiency, and increase team productivity.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Management and Directors of the company.
Do periodic stock- taking with accountants. Update inventory data. Make reports on stock- taking and parts consumption monthly
Carefully store documents relating to stock records properly
Respond quickly and promptly to the Company&039;s Management when there are incidents and incidents related to the team&039;s activities at the factory.
Communicate information to the team promptly and accurately.
Coordinate parts room facilities and human resources to perform the above tasks with the highest efficiency; Training staffs,

Skills

Gender: Male under 40 years old.
Good communication, persuasion, bargaining, and negotiation skills.
Good communication in English
Planning, analysis, and problem- solving skills.
Good human resource management ability ( controlling 5 staffs), demonstrated by knowing how to communicate, listen, guide, coach, train, motivate, and resolve conflicts with subordinates.
Graduated from university, especially in warehouse control is an advantage
Meticulous, careful, diligent, neat, tidy, clean, honest, enthusiastic, have professional ethics
Proficient in using computers, office software, and parts management software.
High responsibility in work.
Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar position in part room control, understanding of parts room management, delivery, and transportation principles.
Ability to work with data, process data, and calculate well.
Good ability to observe, synthesize, analyze, and report.
Good communication and information exchange skills.
