Creating a schedule for production to meet customer and company requirements
Assign specific tasks to each production team
Coordinating with the Customer Service department to analyze customer orders
Inspection and supervision of production activities
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident- free
Timely detection of defective products. Investigate problems related to product quality, analyze causes, and fix them quickly.
Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
Monitoring production progress. Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team and at the same time conducting evaluation and monitoring
Supervising the production process, the working process of staff, team leaders, supervisors... to ensure the use of raw materials is reasonable, and the products are produced following the instructions of the production process.
Directing order fulfillment and adjusting production plans as needed; Assign work to team leader, and supervisors.
Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
Determining new machinery needed for the job or overtime as needed; arranging personnel in accordance with the capacity of each shift
Manage machinery and equipment production of the company

Manage, recruit, and training for personnel in the department
Based on the production conditions and actual need, planning and coordinating with the HR department to recruit more necessary personnel for production activities of the company
Monitor, measure, and evaluate performance, skills, working attitude, and completion of the assigned work of all employees in the department
Create and implement training plan for new employees; Evaluate and foster potential employees
Supervising and evaluating performance of production personnel (Supervisors, staff etc.) and proposing appropriate reward regimes to motivate employees in the department to improve work performance.
Participate in the interview process to select candidates who can meet the job requirements
