Overview
Specialist, Company Culture is responsible for employee engagement, and organizational culture activities to maintain company culture for business goals achievement and to support the Company to win in the marketplace.
Internal Communication
Take on the role of MC/cheer leader for internal events.
Build positive relationships with employees through a schedule of engagement activities including meetings, employee motivational surveys and analysis, etc. and use this information to establish a strategy to build, maintain and foster to make employees more engaged with the company.
Implement comprehensive communication program plans, from planning, creating contents, and executing, to monitoring and measuring results; work with service providers to execute internal campaigns.
Responsible for engaging employees in internal activities such as quizzes and magazine stories; internal activities in year- end parties, ensuring that employees fully participate in seasonal events such as Employee Birthday Events, Conferences, Women&039;s Day, Year- End Gatherings, etc.
Responsible for consulting and supporting employees with information related to events or internal information under the direction of the Board of Directors.
Report the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and employee engagement by establishing metrics and conducting surveys.
Company Culture
Proactively collect employee feedback and recommend or develop programs to promote company culture and development.
Plan and manage employee engagement activities, aligned with employee experience initiatives and programs.
Responsible for managing & implementing an online and offline employee experience program, connecting across departments to increase internal solidarity.
Coordinating with NLG Academy to organize workshops for the middle management and leadership teams.
Deploy culture programs “Ownership – Professionalism – Integrity” among staffs at all levels consistent with the short and long- term objective of the organization.
Build and foster relationships across business functions and locations to ensure employees are engaged and informed
Organizational Health Index
Drive overall organizational health sustainability agenda
Shape positive working environment, cultivate high performance culture (OHI)
Instill culture of innovation and continuous improvement
100% compliance with all regulations / policies / procedures / schedules of the Department / Company.
Participate in 100% of departmental and company activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 4 years of professional experience with an emphasis on L&D, employee engagement and experience, or other related HR disciplines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
Specific job skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resource managementbusiness administration / organizational development, or equivalent experience in related fields.
Experience in organizing big events (team building over 500 people…)
Good writing and note- taking skills
Strong organizational skills (planning & coordination)
Proficiency in English.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
