Manage fund raising activities (equities only) for NLIC at project level for Residential Projects.
Follow up Condition Precedents, payment/capital disbursement and after transaction completion.

Performance
Fundraising Deal for Residential Projects

Provide necessary information and recommend suitable fund- raising strategy (equities only) for Residential Projects at NLIC and subsidiaries. Advice line manager on capital mobilization strategies, selection of partners and form of capital mobilization.
Execute fund raising activities for Residential Project at NLIC and subsidiaries in:
Deal sourcing to find new investors for Residential Project
Carrying out the necessary procedures to get internal approval in accordance with NLIC’s Corporate Governance.
Working with the advisory firms in due diligence of corporate legal, tax and finance.
Negotiating with Investors & Partners
Working with internal and external lawyers in preparing the definitive agreements

Follow up to complete transaction

After transaction, collaborate with other departments to follow commitments with Partners.
Follow condition precedent completion and payment/capital disbursement.

Background / Experience

Proficiency in English
Specialized certificates: ACCA / CPA / CFA, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Banking / Economics. Master&039;s degree in business or related field (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.

Advanced analytical skills, strong quantitative skills and established analytical ability
Sufficient knowledge about corporate law, stock, real estate and relatedly specialized laws.
Sufficient knowledge about corporate investment, planning strategically & organizing resources.
Working experience in real estate
Ability to build relationships within Capital Markets plus other business lines
Understanding and ability to interpret the market trends
Ability to summarize complex concepts and present to senior level management
Willingness to proactively seek out business ideas and initiatives for the team
Deep knowledge about finance, accounting, banking, economic, investment and related regulations / policies.
