Specification Associate - Ho Chi Minh

Ability to implement specification strategy
- Do frequently visiting of architects, consultants, developers to provide excellent services, necessary information.
- Understand deeply customer needs and offer the right values.
Establish business relationship with target project specifiers – engineers, architects, developers, consultants, project owners, government agencies
- Build trust to secured customers and specified projects through our professional consultant service
- Identify who should be the focused customers
- Visit & maintain visibility at targeted specifiers
Perform consultancy for specific projects and do some necessary activities
- Organize product introduction workshops, seminars, etc aiming to impacting and influencing specifiers.
- Decide proper sponsor activities for specifiers who strongly refer to use AN products
Actively protect secured specification to effectively support sales team
- Maintain good relationship with architects, developers, consultants
- Approach projects timely to provide excellent solutions
Coordinate between Sales Team & specifiers to make sure secured specification become actual sales

• Influenced written and oral communications skills- presentation and public speaking abilities in both of English and Vietnamese.
• Good knowledge in construction technical and standards
• Successful track record (minimum 4 years) in direct sales of a technical construction product.
• University graduation, preferable Commercial
• Perform effectively sales presentations to potential specifiers
• Approach existing and potential specifiers in the specification of products
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Influence and impact to others
• Widely network in construction industry
• Teamwork
