Specification Manager (Waterproofing)

Responsible for Specification activities to engage/consult/specify total Saint- Gobain Vietnam solution in General and Waterproofing in specify for Developers/Specifiers in line with the overall company strategy and objectives.
Main areas include:
Present to Specifiers/Architects to understand new solutions and systems of the company to divert traditional materials to innovative ones.
Engage and consult Full System/solution Proposals of the company in general and waterproofing in specific, for Developers and specifiers (Architects, Consultants, ETC) to apply to their projects under the design stage.
Conduct In- house and Big seminars to run and sell system/services to specifiers and architects
Follow up and coordinate with the Sales team to hand over the specified projects at the Main Cons, Sub Cons stage to deliver and secure spec and volume.
Build a close network with specifiers/architects community.
Accountable for the majority project pipeline to be specified with strong and unique Saint Gobain solutions both technically and commercially.
