• Maintains tidy and clean at working areas.
• Prepare activities for guest use and ensure set up conforms to departmental standards
• Knows all our products (Sports & Recreation) and promotes, up selling to guest
• Ensures that all equipment is collected from guests before closing activities/water sport center
• Has detailed understanding of safety procedures and works towards lifeguard qualifications
• Handle customer complaints effectively or reports them to superior
• Ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
• Maintain equipment and report any defects to superior
• Provide assistance where required to guests using activities and facilities, and provide instruction regarding all related activity and facilities including safety and correct use of equipment
• Carries out specific activity programs as required
• Provide assistance with other activities or event

• Good communication in English
• Knowledgeable of all department activities
• Able to work out door
• Certificated of CPR, First aid .. are required
• Understanding ocean areas of operation and weather condition and knowledge of activities tour.
• Understands the health and safety, fire and emergency procedures, CPR, First aid and other
