Job Description:
Release & Deployment Management

Develop detailed release plans, including Go/No- Go checklists, cut- over plans, and rollback strategies.
Coordinate releases using grayscale, A/B testing, or phased rollout approaches.
Monitor post- release performance metrics, assess risks, and proactively trigger rollbacks when necessary.
Collaborate closely with Business, PMO, and Development teams to ensure smooth and successful releases.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Prepare test scenarios, test data, and maintain UAT environment integrity.
Execute, supervise, and sign off on UAT results; work closely with development teams to resolve defects.

System & Issue Operations

Receive, categorize, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
Perform approved configuration changes and data corrections in production as needed.
Maintain issue tracking logs and coordinate with regional development teams for permanent fixes and enhancements.

Enablement & Change Management

Deliver training sessions for internal users on new features and support smooth transitions.
Create user guides, release notes, and other related documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

Experience in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing effective corrective actions in a timely manner.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Empathy and patience in user communication, with ability to de- escalate conflicts.
Fast learner with strong systems thinking and product logic understanding.

For Senior Level:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, propose actionable solutions, and make data- driven decisions.
Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio).
Experience with project management and product development tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Knowledge of business flows, data flows, UX/UI design, API concepts, and project management fundamentals.
