SQE Engineer / Senior Engineer - Work at Long Thành (Đồng Nai)

SQE(Senior Engineer) should be a good leader new floorcare product qualification process in terms of qualification testing, assist supplier to prepare for quality manufacturing, quality product files and records keeping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop Process Quality Control Plan with supplier.
• Provide Technical support and training in developing supplier process controls and inspection standards e.g. gauges, inspection fixtures, poka yoke fixtures, cooling (process) fixtures
• Assist to review Engineering Change issue from quality point of view.
• Develop IPQC and pre- shipment inspection standards.
• Follow up new products pilot run and work with other team members to resolve any quality issues.
• Follow up new products qualification testing according to test plan
• Follow up with supplier on outstanding process control issue.
• Prepare Quality Issue Tracker List for NPI Builds.
• Maintain product file and quality record for the new product.
• Oversee the implementation of the Visual Inspection Standard by training Assistant Team Leaders, Supplier Quality Auditors, Supplier&039;s inspectors and Supplier’s process operators.
• Set up proper processes for SQE but not limited to Visual inspection standards, supplier control plan, sampling plan, non- conforming material disposition, supplier scoring system (DPPM, Line Return Rate, Scorecard), etc. Maintain and optimize SQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.
• Issue ECR based on insufficient specification or specification errors
• Prepare PPAP package for customers
• Identify any potential product quality issue with engineering team and supplier.
• Provide training to suppliers and inspectors on component quality and engineering requirements.
• Develop Test methods at suppliers for specific quality and engineering requirements. • Work closely with suppliers and ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions / 8D are in place. Perform audits to qualify the new and existing suppliers.
• Manage the process of Supplier Management, ensure suppliers provide expected quality products and services as well as help them self- develop.

Strong sense of quality and responsibility. Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. Good knowledge of ISO9001 system. Knowledgeable in IATF16949 is an advantage.
Background in APQP and PPAP
Develop mechanical test methods and develop data to help formulate specification
Work in home appliance or floorcare industry is an advantage
Background on Design Quality Control in electrical / home appliance products would be more prefer
Good written and spoken English skill
5 years relevant experience with good knowledge on manufacturing and quality engineering.
University Degree (or above) in quality / mechanical/ electrical engineering
