Sr AI Developer Python/ Machine Learning

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve specific problems or enhance existing systems. This could include natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), computer vision (CV), or other AI techniques.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deployment and Integration: Deploying trained models into production environments, integrating them with existing systems and workflows, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Data Preparation: Collecting, cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets to extract relevant features and insights for use in training machine learning models.
Model Training and Evaluation: Training machine learning models using labeled datasets and evaluating their performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques. This includes cross- validation, hyperparameter optimization, and model selection.
Research and Development: Conducting research to identify and understand techniques, algorithms, and methodologies in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields.
Algorithm Development: Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve specific problems or optimize processes. This involves selecting appropriate algorithms, feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and optimizing model performance.

Excellent skills in explaining complex AI/ML concepts to audiences without a technical background.
Practical experience with major cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, with a focus on their AI/ML offerings.
Knowledgeable in a range of machine learning libraries and environments, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI&039;s GPT, and AWS&039;s machine learning services.
3+ years of hands- on professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and advanced prompting techniques.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in programming with Python.
