SR Customer Service Senior Staff Lotte Center Hanoi

*** Ensuring customer satisfaction at Serviced Residence (SR) of Lotte Center Hanoi
- Timely making report in Korean as order from Team leader
- Support Sale Team to achieve SR yearly sale target
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and related teams to improve service and support in any issues which are related to service
- SR Sale management and other direct properties revenue management
- Making report and report direct to Team Leader for operation and revenue
- Handling customer complaints/ incidents
- Response and making report based on headquarters requests
- Planning and holding monthly event for customers quarterly
- Analyze and monitor team&039;s expenses and operational budget
- Responsible for service operation tasks: Breakfast, Birthday gifts, shuttle bus service… & other paper work support on other tasks as per request.
*** Other duties:
- Other tasks/ responsibilities assigned by Team Leader, General Director

- Fluent in both English & Korean (at least TOPIK 4) is a must
- University graduated or higher (preferably with major in Hotel Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related majors)
- Good personal presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Have 1- 2 years of experience in Customer Service or similar field

- Well- trained in a professional environment
