Sr. Database Administrator (Oracle, SQL)

Conception, design and implementation of Application server and Database (Oracle & MS SQL) for customer solutions
Independent troubleshooting (2nd & 3rd level support)
Development and optimization of installation guidelines (standards) in the context of Swisslog applications
Installation and configuration of databases on Unix / Linux and MS Windows platform
Installation of system upgrades on customer systems (Remote & Onsite)
Development and documentation of backup & restore concepts
Analysis and optimization of installations (tuning), performing preventive maintenance (analysis, tuning)

Very good English skills
Successfully computer science degree or comparable disciplines, alternatively a completed training as IT specialist or system administrator combined with corresponding professional experience
Your independent and customer-oriented behavior as well as your high willingness to learn characterize you
Experienced as a Database Administrator
You have experience in the development of scripts (SQL, Shell, possibly PL/SQL) and have good communication skills, flexibility and willingness to travel
