Sr Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and empathy. You’ll help build a suite of tools and services that support clinicians, caregivers, and patients across the U.S., all powered by a secure, intelligent, and scalable backend.
Cloud Kinetix (Partner at Silicon Valley) is proud to be the technology hub for a U.S.- based healthcare company pioneering software solutions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD). Our lean engineering team in Vietnam collaborates directly with product and engineering leaders in the U.S. to create smart, secure, and scalable clinical platforms.
This role requires someone who thrives with autonomy and creative problem- solving, takes ownership, and excels in a fast- paced startup setting. You’ll shape our technical architecture, establish engineering standards, and directly impact product direction.

Here’s What Would Set You Up for Success:

Strong database design skills for distributed systems
Bonus points for: Open source contributions
Cloud- native development experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Bonus points for: Healthcare or regulated industry background
Frontend experience with React, Redux, and ES6+ JavaScript
Bonus points for: Startup or high- growth company experience
Security- first approach to development
Expertise in Java (17/21+) or Node.js (TypeScript preferred) for backend development
Experience with microservices architecture and API design
Minimum 5++ years as Senior software engineering experience
DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Proven experience building production SaaS platforms
