Sr Web Fullstack Developer Wordpress, PHP, JavaScript

The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for the following:

Lead technical discussions, code reviews
Customize themes and functionalities based on project requirements
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
Contribute creative ideas to improve UI/UX and website performance
Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in PHP for backend and WordPress customizations.
Ensure performance optimization, security, and best practices across applications.
Design, develop, optimize and maintain websites using WordPress
Build front- end features using ReactJS, HTML4/5, CSS, and JavaScript
Perform regular testing, maintenance, and updates
Collaborate closely product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high- quality solutions.

The Senior Web Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding teams.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
Good experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the LMS Plugin
Proficiency in ReactJS, HTML4/5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
Strong UI/UX design skills with a good sense of aesthetics and user experience
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
4+ years of professional development experience in modern web technologies.
Friendly, collaborative, creative, and able to manage tasks effectively under pressure
Solid knowledge of PHP and WordPress customization.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
Hands- on experience with WordPress, including theme design, plugin usage, and custom functionality development
