Staff Engineer

Responsible for technical output of all engineering activities in appointed product squads, including: \

Core modules development and adoption
Existing products & features maintenance support
Technical solutions research and development
New products & features design and development support
Best practices and standards studying and implementation

Support hiring and team building:

Support hiring process: help evaluate technical capabilities of engineer candidates
Develop team: coach, support performance evaluation for team member

Act as Interim Engineering Manager when required

Team and process management
Delivery management

Familiarity with LLM such as openAI, huggingface and AI applications on langchain is a plus
Ability to coach/ train people
Proficient in English reading
Excellent technical skills with minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant Industries
Experiences with micro- services and/or TDD is a plus
Familiarity with hiring and team building activities
Familiarity with Python
Obsession with growth, both personal and team wise
Good English writing skills (mostly for work email and chat)
Good communication & collaboration skills with both tech and non- tech partners
The will to take the right risks
Strong work ethics
Good leadership skills
Familiarity with MERN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS) stack is preferred
Experienced with Agile methods (Scrum or XP)

Salary

Salary is reviewed every 6 months;
Monthly salary up to đ45,000,000 + ESOP, will be discussed in details in the interview process
