Job Objective:
- Assist the IT team in maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure
- Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of IT equipment and systems
Main Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues for end- users related to computers, networks, and peripheral devices
- Support the implementation of new IT projects
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Perform other tasks as required by the IT Manager
- Update and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Participate in the management and monitoring of network and server systems
