Stamping/Press Machine Maintenance &Repair Manager

Lead & improve mold & press machine operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity
Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment...etc.
Lead and develop strong PIH IE Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.
Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the PIH IE section to ensure that section&039;s operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.

Strong people management & leadership skill.
Have at least 3 years’ experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
Well understand in mold, press machine (repair & maintenance)
Project management experience
Long term and short- term vision
Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred)
Logical thinking, analytical & problem- solving skills, Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill, Talent development mind
Graduated from University
