Understand and comply with the standard operation procedure of starter position provided and trained by the company;
Ensure all golfers conform to the club’s dress code policy
Arrange golf carts at the tee box while many groups at the tee , keep contact with Marshall and mention about the slow groups
Keep yourself well- groomed, clean and tidy at all times;
Handover for next shift with full information.
Proactively monitor the tee sheet to ensure tee time availability is maximized.
Do the daily report correctly end of the day and send to the management before finishing the shift in the afternoon and monthly report early next month
Be proactive in ensuring golfers and in position at the first tee for their tee time and playing without delay
Keep supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results including guest complaints;
Know golf rules well and etiquette on the golf course. Ensure that the golfers follow the club’s rules and etiquettes;
Ensure that the golfers follow the club rules relating to play on the course
Perform side work duties as assigned;
Approach any person on the golf course who does not have the right to be there and escort them in the clubhouse or off the premises
Stay in regular communication with the Marshall and golf operations team to ensure the smooth running of the daily tee sheet.
Ensure all golfers have paid the appropriate fees before starting their game
Ensure the groups in front are clear before the next group tee off.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Participate in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broaden the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community;
Make rain check report for customers when management make decision close the course rain check and agreement form for the child playing gold under 12 years old correctly and ensure customers signed
Provide golfers with information related to the course conditions or rules of the day.

Must be understanding of the Rules of Golf, golf handicapping systems and golf tournament formats.
Possessing previous golf club experiences or other language skills is an advantage.
Must be able to communicate in English verbally and non- verbally.
Must have basic customer service skills.
Must have basic organizational skills
Must be able to work individually and in a team.
Must have good oral communication skills.
