JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the Position:
The IT Business Analyst (BA) / System Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, then evaluating and proposing solutions to address issues for optimizing business processes related to our products. The BA will work closely with various departments, including IT, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Sales, to ensure that business objectives are understood and implemented effectively.
Job Description:
Propose solutions based on information analysis and market development trends (with a no- code perspective).
Conduct information gathering from various sources (users, stakeholders, competitors, etc.) and coordinate with relevant departments for a deeper understanding of business issues and opportunities.
Research and analyze requirements from the information gathering phase.
Work closely with the Design, Development, QA/QC teams to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
Experience and understanding of System Analyst (preferred)
Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes. Review logic, UI/UX.
Develop user stories, business feature diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.
Participate in the creation and writing of documents such as BRD, FSD, SRS for the development team.
Conduct regular meetings with relevant departments to update progress and discuss emerging issues.
Assist in testing and acceptance of product features.
Organize training sessions, write user manuals, and provide support for product users, addressing issues as they arise.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Monitor the progress of proposed solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Deep understanding of BA responsibilities (from requirement gathering to solution delivery).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Enthusiastic, meticulous, adaptable, and committed in work.
Proactive in work with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic knowledge of technology and design.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in Agile project environments (a plus).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
