MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Product research:
Conduct solution audits.
Gather user insights from business teams.
Assist in conducting usability testing and user research.
Design:
Work closely with Product team to understand product logic and developuser flow.
Deliver wireframes and prototypes to communicate effectively.
Follow the UI Kit and apply a keen eye for detail to createpolished and pixel perfect visual designs that align with brand guidelines.
Prepare essential handoff documents and collaborate effectivelywith developers and testers to meet expectations.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedbackto improve product designs.
Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation,including design specifications and style guides.
Writing:
Write clear and concise content across multiple touchpoints(including product features, emails, notifications, confirmation messages,...).
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
YOU ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE
· +1 years of experience in Product/UIUX Design.
· Attention to detail and always aiming for pixel perfect design.
· Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suites.
· Understanding of common design pattern, Laws of UX.
· Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multi- tasks.
· Understanding Product development process.
· Understanding of research methods such as: Interview, Usability testing, Heuristic evaluation,...
· Excellent collaboration and communication skill.
Nice to have:
· Knowledge of human psychology.
· Previous experiences using apps like Notion, Monday, Airtable or other ERP products...
· Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design.

. Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, PugJS, Less/Sass.
. Love coding
. At least 1 year experience
about OOP
. Knowledge about Angular.IO, ReactJS, React Native is a big plus. . Knowledge
