JOB DESCRIPTION
A qualified candidate will
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Identify and refine the most suitable talent from available candidates
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios, and references
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews – if possible
Co- operating with the foundation team to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Experience with full- cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Excellent interpersonal problem- solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Can collaborate fluently in English with other teams.
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Work experience in talent acquisition specialist or similar roles (Must have experience in tech, fintech & blockchain talent acquisition)

A qualified candidate will
Collaborate closely with colleagues across product, operations, and marketing to ensure we are working effectively with our partners
Work with our existing partners and investors to grow our network
Establish business critical partnerships that will form the stack
Take ownership of post- partnership execution and partner success
Understand, define, and adjust the company&039;s value proposition for both markets and users, as well as ecosystem partners
Identify hidden gems that we can partner with to cover the full spectrum of pillars that will make up
Network and grow our pipeline of contacts that fit inside the narrative
Establish the company&039;s partnership strategy and plan out its execution
REQUIREMENTS

A qualified candidate will
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Regularly review multi- channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
Set, monitor, and report on team goals
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
Identify creative partners or collaborations in APAC, with global connectivity
Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of the web3 space and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non- technical audience
Eye for detail and resolution to always deliver high- quality work
Demonstrable experience managing communities and a team of moderators and intern
Work experience in ML/ MM or similar roles (Having experience in fintech & blockchain is essential)
