Your responsibilities
Assist in task allocation, human allocation, and deadline running to make sure project timeline and quality are ensured.
Help expand the database of freelancers and agencies/vendors network.
Assist in answering freelancers’ questions, instructing with project guidelines, and supporting them in solving their issues while working.
Support in the mass hiring process for our project- based jobs including sourcing, screening CVs, and onboarding freelancers. Each project requires different nationalities.
Support in contacting agencies/vendors working for Wow AI.
Other project tasks are assigned by the Project Managers and Head of the Project department.
To be in charge of writing email templates for all hiring and project management steps.
The workload of each project is different, depending upon their scale.
Requirements
Must have
Excellent ability in Microsoft Office and G- Suite, especially in Excel and Google Sheets.
Love enjoying working remotely in different time zones.
Careful, tech- savvy, and attend- to- detail person.
Knowing how to use some recruiting tools or previous recruitment experience is a big plus.
An advanced level of a second language is a big plus.
Self- motivated, and self- disciplined to be able to work in a remote working environment.
Having a problem- solving attitude, good time management skills, and being a self- directed person who knows what to do to support Line Managers.
An advanced level of Business English, especially in Writing and Reading.
Willing to work in a fast- paced environment and manage your time to be available when there are urgent tasks at weekend or at night.
For this position, we welcome all young and talented students who do not have experience yet. As you will be fully trained here by our Project Department.
Nice to have
An interest in having an engagement with a global startup team and abroad clients.
HR/Project management experiences in previous jobs/internships are a plus.

Initial fixed salary: 2.500.000 VNĐ/month + real- time hot bonus for good performance (depending on each project). Salary review is always available for employees who perform well.
