Station Supervisor (HCMC)

• Following up with line manager to increase PSAT also the issue registered on Stations from seller survey in regards to Station Operational
• Expand stations network based on the strategy.
• Be prepared and active for the diversified operations models.
• Working with stations for daily operations / At stations support for incidents.
• Prepare the required equipment for launching new stations.
• Working with Pickup team for scheduled audit and also mystery audit to maintain the stations service quality
• Preparing monthly performance reports
• Escalate to line manager for system issues or system enhancement
• Direct monitor end to end operation for Stations (Drop off point/Collection point/Pickup/Return…), supervises day-to-day Stations performance: Volume, utilization, backlog…report to the line manager for the inefficient stations and propose actions plan.
• Arrange onboarding training for new stations and periodically refresh training for current stations to make sure the ops processes are maintained correctly
• Verifying and raising monthly payment for Stations
• Daily working with related teams to monitor Station Pickup performance, increase % sameday Pickup, Station Pickup leadtime,…
• Implement projects to promote station services to Sellers/Customers
• Monthly meeting with Partners to review performance
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

• Self-motivated and empower others to achieve objectives and to develop a culture where employees feel ownership in what they do, attract, develop, and retain good people; allow opportunities for self and others to reach their full potential.
• Computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities
• 2 years or more working experience in services-oriented operation environment, express industry or logistics operations including supervisory experience managing people.
• Diploma required to qualify
• Analytical & negotiation skills, present ideas effectively and deliver presentations
• Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism
