To check all chemical levels and inventory.
To report any maintenance or hazard issues to the chief steward/ Supervisor.
To operate pot- washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
To dispose of waste as per the hotel and authority standards and adhere to recycling guidelines.
To clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures.
To clean and sanitize dishes and related service ware following established procedures.
To clean and maintain floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.
To ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
To collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
To ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
To clean large equipment as assigned, following established procedures.
To adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
To always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
To ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
To wash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organised and safe manner.
To ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times.
To assist the Cooks and Servers as and when necessary.
To clean, sanitize and close workstations.
To wash, wipe, sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher
To use and maintains all equipment&039;s according to manufacturer and department guidelines.
To carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers
To perform other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work under high pressure and work various shifts and/or weekends.
Good physical health.
Eye for details.
High school diploma in General Education.
Good communication skills – Vietnamese
No experience required but six- month experience in a hotel preferred.
