STORE & E-COMMERCE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Online responsibilities

Develop and execute online business strategies and plans across various e- commerce platforms and the company website.
Manage e- commerce operations, including order fulfillment and inventory control.
Oversee digital marketing and SEO activities to improve brand awareness and manage content.

Offline responsibilities

Manage product assortment by researching and procuring non- UBL products, and oversee promotions to drive sales.
Achieve financial and marketing objectives by collaborating with the digital marketing team, analyzing data, and proposing strategy adjustments.
Oversee store operations by planning, delegating tasks, and monitoring staff performance. Recruit, train, and develop the team.
Monitor and enhance customer service in collaboration with the Shop Manager.
Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to regulations and safeguarding employees, customers, and the store&039;s reputation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven retail management experience with a track record of successful project completion and problem- solving
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business/Marketing/E- commerce and at least 2 years of experience in e- commerce or retail, with online marketing knowledge preferred
Self- motivated, results- oriented individual with strong negotiation, teamwork, and independent work abilities
Excellent English communication
Customer- centric approach and strong client relationship management skills
Passion for Consumer Products
