Implement and monitor promotional programs: VIP events, monthly promotions, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), providing the best customer experience.
Develop and implement business strategies: service, sales, merchandise, operations, human resources.
Coordinate with departments to implement and resolve issues related to the managed store.
Manage merchandise and adhere to the operational standards of the brand and company.
Build and lead a team, conduct training and guide personnel, create a work environment based on the company&039;s business philosophy and core values.
Take responsibility for achieving assigned targets across the managed store chain.
Take responsibility for maintaining the image of the store and brand.
Manage the team of employees and drive sales performance.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Ensure stores achieve sales targets:
Manage assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue: Store sales, UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), Customer Satisfaction, etc.
Plan and implement sales strategies and propose promotional programs to achieve daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals.
Plan, monitor, and motivate employees to achieve daily/monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Store Operations Management:
Ensure the store&039;s image (product display, cleanliness, fixed asset maintenance, inventory management, etc.) meets the operational standards of the company.
Ensure employees&039; appearance is neat and adheres to the brand standards.
Take responsibility for managing the budget and monitoring operational expenses of the store.
Provide necessary information to management regarding sales activities and store operations.
Generate daily/monthly/quarterly reports as required by management.
Plan and propose efficient operational solutions.
Customer Service:
Develop a strategy to maintain and grow the store&039;s loyal customer base, proposing programs for VIP customers.
Ensure employees provide customer service according to the brand and company standards, delivering the best customer experience.
Manage the maintenance and development of close relationships with customers.
Assist customers in resolving issues with products or services, handling customer complaints (if any).
Inventory Management:
Analyze and make purchasing proposals suitable for the business situation at the managed store.
Handle cases related to merchandise: discrepancies, negative sales, system errors, etc.
Store and maintain goods in accordance with regulations to prevent losses due to operational errors.
Monitor inventory, ensure the implementation of merchandise management according to operational standards (SOP).
Participate and coordinate with accounting in the monthly/quarterly/yearly inventory auditing process. Take responsibility for explaining and handling discrepancies. Manage the merchandise of the store.
Collaborate with departments to resolve merchandise- related issues (if they arise).
Human Resources Management:
Take responsibility for recruitment, training, and personnel development aligned with the goals of individuals and the company.
Build a healthy and fair environment based on the company&039;s business philosophy and core values.
Ensure the rights and obligations of employees: attendance tracking, working hours, overtime, labor contracts, leave, resignations, incidents, etc.
