Store Manager/Quản Lý Cửa Hàng

Responsibilities:
Operation Management:
- Support direct manager to achieve the sales target.
- Ensure all necessary items are sufficient for operation ( Sale & Service ).
- Responsibilty of preserving store assets.
- Ensure the staff follow Sequence of service as per standard.
- Daily report to Direct Manager as per request.
- Responsibility and ensure to inform all the promotion and right information to all staff.
- Checking Opening and Closing check list to ensure following store policy.
- Manage Staff working at store effectively.
Product Management:
- Responsibilty and ensure all goods are displayed as per standard.
- Reponsibilty for daily inventory and send the request to sale admin to ensure the quantity of good are prescribed.
- Reponsibilty all the sale items stock ( Cigars, Whisky and another – Bar items ) are always sufficient for operation.
- Report to Direct Manager about best selling items and slow items.

- Good looking.
- 5 years experience in retails system and same position.
- Speaking English is advantage.
- Hight School Graduated or University is advantage.
