Job Description:
Store Procurement:
• Maintain and control non- merchandize SCM implementation of UNIQLO
vendors
Vietnam business, included ordering process with both international & domestic
• Source & negotiate with local vendors to ensure the ordering for non- merchandise
goods for store in local market with same Global standards
• Work with warehouse for non- merchandise products management for inbound &
utbound process
• Manage cost- reduction work through all phases. Work closely with different
departments, to meet company requirements and timely opening.
• Develop Supply chain network and lead the negotiation & coordination with
suppliers/manufactures, trading company and import clearance agents. Cultivate
local vendors and realize cost reduction of material purchase.
• Perform purchasing related administrative procedures such as vendor registration,
contract or payment protocol.
Store Operations Support:
• Support store manager to improve customer service by providing information and
education for store staff members.
• Work together with Store Operations team to manage issues/problems and obtain
• Support store manager to create operation or work flow of store operation.
all necessary permits in a timely manner for Store Operations with other
Departments.
• Control information from other apartment to store operation department in term of
quality and quantity.
Manpower Vietnam – Job Description
• Proceed administrative tasks such as making announcement, summarize data of
stores, and gather information to be shared.
• Implement new store opening related tasks by cooperating with Store Operations
team, Store Development/Design team from handover date until store opening.
Requirements:
• Have related experience in procurement works/ operation management from 2- 3
• University graduates in relevant fields of economics, business
years & above,
• Knowledge and hand- on experience in finding proper vendor, bidding process,
negotiation, contract management, especially in security field
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects with
strong commitment to complete with high quality
• Candidates with commercial / retail background is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Vietnamese and English.
Japanese is plus.
• Windows office skills are a plus
