Stores and Dispatch Officer

Job description:
- Stores :
• To maintain optimum inventory levels
• To Ensure timely fulfilment of internal customer requirements.
• To maintain safety standards within stores area and culture among team.
• To handle day to day activity for the smooth, efficient and economical working of the Stores for the various category of material. Material categories as like- Raw material, Wire rod, Spare parts, Consumables, packing material, traded finish goods, traded agriculture products and spring wire materials.
- Warehousing and Dispatch :
• To ensure all checks are carried out and sequencing requirements are met, before material leaves Bekaert premises.
• To ensure all legal/ taxation related requirements are met during invoicing process
• To ensure dispatches are made to customers as per agreed schedules once produced finished goods are made ready in all aspects.
• To ensure produced finished Goods are stored in controlled conditions as per Bekaert specification, before dispatching it to customer.

- Bachelor’s degree of related background
- Vietnamese candidate
- Good analytical ability.
- SAP System MM-module knowledge, good command of computer and Microsoft Excel.
- Good English skills is required
- Good communication and management skills.
- Basic knowledge of materials management.
