WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Nielsen Report and Vendor Management
- Assume full responsibility for Nielsen report and supervise related reports, deliverables and document,- including but not limited to monthly reports, internal requests, ad hoc regional/HQ support and payment process
- Ensure timely execution of enquiries and work closely with the vendor to continuously optimize deliverables.- Act as JTI Vietnam&039;s main point of contact to the market, region, and HQ
HQ/Regional/GBS Reports Management
- In charge of GBS report transition plan by proactively driving discussions among stakeholders (e.g. GBS, IT, M&S...etc.), providing necessary training/briefing, and executing transition plan per agreed timeline
- Act as key contact point to coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of business reports (e.g. Qlik, MMB...etc.) on a timely manner and with expected quality
- Proactively propose improvement on report format, quality of analysis to enhance insights sharing to the business
Market Simulation Model (MSM) Development and Database Management
- Key tasks include monthly data uploading, data validation and related communication with vendor and other JTI stakeholders (e.g Region/HQ) to ensure functionality of the tool
- Support SIBI manager in scenario building in MSM by preparing data related to taxation / pricing / portfolio change / geographic expansion / market dynamics
- Support SIBI manager in MSM tool development
Internal Control and Compliance
- Perform the periodic reviews to ensure the global & local Operating Guidelines and policies/ procedures are sufficiently adhered by related functions, flag up improper control areas and propose improvement actions
- Support to provide trainings, advice, reminders to promote a compliance awareness & culture within the organization
- Assist the implementation of compliance procedures in line with JTI&039;s Operating Guidelines and Distributors policies; identify & incorporate changes to timely meet evolving business operational needs
Industry Insights Sharing and Analysis
- Consistently combine existing and new understanding and insights to "set the scene" for JTI&039;s yearly commercial planning cycle, when required
- Drive innovation in terms of obtaining deeper operating environment, consumer, and brand knowledge (e.g. social media)
SIBI ad hoc Support
- M&S workshop/conference collaboration (e.g. Consumer segmentation workshop, M&S conference content development)
