Strategic Planner

Collaborate with the account team to clear client briefs. Conduct the research queries to get more relevant insights for cracking the brief to solve clients’ problems.
Come up with Communication plans to support and help the clients to enhance business performance. Mango’s communication solutions don’t play alone as a specific plan of PR, Activation or Digital Advertising, the Strategic Planning/Senior Strategic Planner should be able to integrate communication plans but lead by digital.
Put down directions for approach and guide the creative team by creative brief. Fine tune to match with agreed approach. Consolidate deck and lead presentation.
Explore and use effectively the social listening tool to support the campaign not only in the planning stage, but also the execution.
Overview and set up the effective KPIs following new types of KPIs from Mango Digital linked with YouNet.
Connect and work closely with the research team for approach‘s data proven and consumer insights from social reports.
Making inspiring creative briefs and aligning well with the creative team to propose direction/strategic approach for campaign.
Present and convince clients the approach, the strategy and support to sell creative ideas in the meeting.

Following the campaign from planning to execution to improve the job along the way.
Consult clients on the ways for success communication methods by communication plan.
Review and report campaigns to clients and take key learning for the next campaigns/plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

– 3.5 years of experience in Digital Agency field or similar role.
Experiencing in developing and implementing digital communication strategies.
Extensive knowledge of common industry.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
Research and analytical skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
