OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Strategic Planner (At Pmax, we’ll call you Strategy Executive) who has passion for developing brand and communications strategies, strong business acumen, passion in thriving for total marketing solutions to impact deeply Business & Brand Performance in general. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our Strategy team, together driving outstanding business results for PMAX.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Brand & Communication Strategy Development:
Clarify the client brief and work with the account department to debrief the campaign’s brief and give a strategic point of view on how to approach the brief.
Research & Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio- economics and the market for the client’s product and market share.
Develop communication frameworks with a high sense of practicality for execution.
Develop Brand & Communication approach for the brand in general and the communication in particular.
Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
Being a part of the ideation process:
Give inputs and feedback to enhance creative quality.
Craft creative briefs and conduct creative briefing sessions.
Research new initiatives, trends, updates from the communication landscape to fuel the creative ideation process.
Proposal development & Presentation:
Deliver presentations assigned by the Strategy Manager.
Develop integrated communication proposals under guidance and supervision of the strategy manager.
Collaboration with media partners
Review and Report the effectiveness of the campaigns and overall brand health.
Accompany media partners in the execution journeys to ensure the strategy is well- implemented across all channels.
Develop overall communication frameworks to help the media team plan and deploy media execution.
